The railroad goes to a farm which sends a steady stream of grain and livestock, while the road bears a steel truck which goes back and forth between a steel mill and this factory. (You can see it on the road in this picture after having made a delivery.) The factory, despite having all of its requirements, is not producing goods. Because of this, my cargo ship is losing me money each year. The 0% you see at the loading dock is from a goods truck that should be delivering goods to the dock for use by the cargo ship. It's not loading, you see. Because there are no goods. How should I go about fixing this? Nvm, problem fixed. Another question: Is this game legal? |
