1. Dwarf Fortress
Because it's dorfs

Dota 2 - Because I'm Asian. On a serious note, its competitive nature makes me want to get better at it despite the fact that I play a lot less than I did some other games.
DOOM - If I need to explain this, you need to shoot yourself.
Blockland - The community, the concept, the builds. I myself am not a good builder, but I do like to watch/look at other builds.

1) Cave story: Everything about this game is amazing.
2) Starcraft 2: It's a fun competitive game that I can play with most of my friends.
3) Team Fortress 2: Probably the only first person shooter I can stand to play for more than a week.

If I have to say why, you need to play the game.
2. Elder Scrolls Series.

3. Skate Series
More realistic than Tony Hawk skating games and lots of fun to mess around in.

1.Kingdom Hearts
There's few games that make me really emotional, and this is one of them. it's also fun as hell and has a kick-ass combat system
2. Shadow of the Colossus
Same as above on emotional level, and it's really a game that makes you question your morals. it also made me BAAWWW
3. Halo series
just fantastic. Great multiplayer, Great story, and consistently great.
