there is no way an actual human bean would think that is a good response
There are a few of these people (or maybe the same guy), who makes fake accounts that look like real customer service accounts for the facebook pages of different companies.
And whenever someone posts to that companys page, which is open to the public, they reply pretending to be a spokesperson for the company.
It's usually when a company has done a promotion/advert that has same-love couples, or transgender people involved, and a bunch of conservatives come out to bash them.
You can note that the page is called "Campbell's", but "Campbell's" didn't respond, instead "Customer Service" did.
