Since cat's are small creatures, they use fear as a defence mechanism, so this means that they have slightly easy to activate reflexes which are used to avoid being eaten or stepped upon. This is also why they are such light sleepers, so they can quickly hear "danger" and flee. Trust me, I know my pusillanimous individual. |
