Where did RPChat Go?

It used to be public, and now they are trying to hide it again. Wtf?
Does anyone have a link? I'd really appreciate it.

I'm guessing it's private since it's now being used in The Bluzone again. Which is odd though, considering the one on RTB is a watered down version of the current RPChat.
