How Do I make my Server Popular?

I used to think my server would never attract people, but it turned out no one could connect. lol

For some reason I get players on my random servers like "nothing to see here" or "doing boring stuff"
Why that happens, no clue >.>

Terrible servers are popular. This is Blockland fact. The only popular & high quality servers are Pecon's and Pload's amazing jailbreak.
