Back story:Scott Swiffer grew up in an extremely dirty home, with extremely dirty parents with extremely dirty jobs. He also had 3 only partially dirty sisters. This naturally dirty environment developed a sort of OCD tendency as well as an unnatural skill to be able to clean anything and make it look nice. Now he lives in a very clean clearing in the woods, in a very clean cabin, where he regularly cleans the area surrounding his house. (Don't ask me how he manages to clean the dirt, he just does) He also takes up a job as a freelance janitor wherever some one needs it.

BACKSTORY: Raised in a poor farm house, Hugh always wanted to be a rich man and live large. But that never seemed possible until a mysterious man came to town and sold him a little doll that would help him achieve his wildest dreams. Then through a series of shady events involving copious amounts of voodoo magic bull honky, he climbed his way up the ladder of fortune and found himself at the top being the richest guy in the land. He now owns a company called Kurtburt and Co. making a killing off the local weapons businesses, food businesses, and whatever other businesses that even tried to compete with his company. Now, with an extensive voodoo collection, he lives however the heck he wants and always gets his way. That is until Menen shows up...

Enceladus Eclipse (Alturi converts his ice powers into shadow equivilents for a short time)
Blizzard Blow (Alturi unleashes a torrent of sleet, hail and jagged ice particles at an opponent) (has nothing to do with lewinskys)
Kompressor's Fury (Alturi turns into pure shadow, allowing him to avoid physical attacks but significantly drains his energy in the process)

Weaknesses: All types of Fire magic and offensive types of Light magic, however while performing Kompressor's Fury he is vulnerable to all types of Light and Lightning magic.

Weapon: (Ice Axe) (stufftiest weapon sprite I've ever made)

Any other sprites: (Flash-Stepping) (Non-combat/civilian)

Side: Lawful (partially Chaotic) Neutral

Backstory/Description: Alturi Iyrc is an Ice Mage with limited control over dark magic. He wields his powers over nightmares and hallucinations for the side of (ambiguous) good. Fight him? An icy tomb awaits you. Escape? Not going to happen. For he is Alturi. He will hunt you down to the end of the earth and scatter your remains all across the land.
Better not give him a reason too.

More Backstory-ey Backstory: Altrui Iyrc is a sort of non-cyborg Robocop who protected the defenceless Ice Villages of the north. After the Fire Nation attacked, he fled with the rest of the survivors to the rest of the world and settled down in [insert whereever Menen wants it to be] and has since hunted down criminals the local law just can't catch and serves up a plate of his twisted justice to them.
