Backstory: When Jophies was still alive, he lived a normal life. He had a normal dog and lived in a normal house. He even had a normal name: Joe Luther. Every day he would go out for a walk with his dog Lazarus. One day he got woken up by barking. But when he looked over to find his dog, he wasn't there. Instead was a evil looking man. He kidnapped him and his dog, and held him for ransom. But when the got the money, instead of letting him go, they tried to kill him. Lazarus tried to protect his master, but they killed him, and pushed him aside. Then they killed Joe. right before he died the devil came, and told him that he would avenge his death, and make him the most powerful demon in existence, plus one that his heart desired. But only if he would become his most loyal minion. He, thinking about his dog and how loyal his dog was, thought that he would be able to bring his dog back to life and give him another chance. So he said yes.
