Gases can only be transmuted into other gases
Mercury can be any energy (Minus Cosmic or Ghosty energies)
Metals can only be made into another metal if you have a sample of the outcome metal (UNless its a lower value [Like Gold to lead])
Energy Crystals can be turned into anything.
