same with me
i didn't feel like reading huge walls of text so i just closed it

The idea, of course, being that you see multiple tropes being used to explain the trope posted, and each of them are hyperlinked.

If you read TVTropes, chances are you don't know what half of the tropes are, so you'll be inclined to click on the links provided to open a new trope.

That trope, of course, also has tropes within it, and as such, tropes you probably don't know.

It's a vicious cycle really, and you don't always have to read it like that. But if you find them interesting at all (and I love tropes) you can get caught up in them.

You will also be inclined to see what tropes your favorite games/shows/movies have.

exactly, it's a fun thing to do

but the best thing is building up inspiration with numerous tropes that are connected to eachother

I had an idea for a character, hope you don't mind the inappropriate time to submit.

Backstory:
Born and raised in a small village in the mountainous regions, Mocha Irumiin worked most of his life. Constantly picked on by other young villagers for his small stature, Mocha became a very shy person. At the age of six, Mocha was brought to a martial arts master, who he trained with every day for ten years.
At 15, his village was attacked by a band of rogues. His mother and older brother were among those lost, and his father, an archer, disappeared and is still missing to this day. A handful of villagers survived, Mocha being one of them, and the small group is only beginning to rebuild their village; Mocha is one of the only two hunters. He is still as shy as he ever was, but trains vigorously to this day.

Give me a Base sprite for Canine Humanoid and Ill give you a thumbs up in return.

Rather simple, but okay. Keep in mind that their colors are a little more diverse than werewolves.

Three designs. Edit to your liking, I made the ears gray to signify which pixels are part of them (pink for the insides).

why do people say you need flash to make good gifs? or am i misunderstanding something here?

You do not need Flash to make good .GIF files, only to make .SWF or other Flash-based animation files. A good image editor to use would be GIMP, it's quite versatile and free.

Flash makes terrible GIFs. It just eats the quality, throws the feces into a meat grinder, and then completely disintegrates it.

Tingles: Make your arms slightly fear-attracting. Be the fear compass.

But you do not know how to do that! Even though you are creepy and you tend to scare people easily and you can do ghostly things, you lack the ability to attract fear. You would probably need some of Menen's Fear Fog to do that.

>Use Dr. Verton's mental self projection as a fear compass to find the Fear Vault.

i.e. go towards where he feels the most unsettled.

: Verton, what direction feels the most... creepy?
: This whole place is creepy. There are no forest sounds. Its just dead quiet... but if you want me to narrow it down, I'd say the Thought Nexus, and the area north-east of it.

> Tingles, give them both a piggyback ride and stretch your legs so you guys can see everything.

You put Menen on your shoulders and you stretch up into the air. The fog clouds your vision, but you do manage to make out the Nexus's entrance, a Strange white building with green, vertical stripes, and a grayish white tower with four pools around it.
