However, fear paralyzes, so maybe a Tazer of Hate, which uses fear fog-coated synapses to paralyze the enemy?

Needs some more properties though. We have 25 red ingots. That's a stuffton.
We could easily make a Harpoon Death F-Bomb Railgun Taser of Hate and fire Tingalz, wrapped around the F-Bomb right at Jocelyn.

The Tingallium could be infused with the Crossbow to make it expand when needed and create a PORTABLE BALLISTA but there are other materials that can do that and are more stable.
