Fallout 3 - Shop is Out of Caps

Pretty self explanatory.

I'm in megaton and I just finished Mothership Zeta and I left with an assload of alien weapons and power armors. However, when I went to sell the stuff to whatsherface at the supply shop, she ran out of money before I could sell it all. Is there any way to give the shop keepers more caps without me loosing any caps?

There are other shopkeepers in the world
