Glass/Moby1999 is obviously some lonely child obsessed with having power over people so he tries to keep making accounts to advertise players onto his server through the forums then if they dont like him or criticize him any bit at all he goes all banhappy and goes crazy with power, therefore he will always one of the most horrible admins i have ever seen, in my time on blockland and on the forums.
