Fallout 3 - RH_Ironsights Doesn't Work on Assault Rifles

I downloaded FWE, rh_ironsights and the rh_ironsights FWE bridge. However, in game the assault rifle and the Chinese assault rifle do not have iron sights. I found a solution here. However, I have no experience in GECK, so as much as I hate to ask, can someone do this for me and upload it somewhere?

Using the GECK is pretty damn easy, I could do those changes in just a few minutes.
