Cluttered blockland directory

Directory contains several files that I have no idea what they do:
-lognotes.docx
-either MSVCP71.DLL or msvcr71.dll (i know one of these is required but not the other)
-framework

Are any of these not needed by Blockland?

wtf is lognotes.docx, not in my directory
MSVCP71 is the Microsoft C Runtime Library, required in some cases
framework isn't in my folder either

You could just delete all of them and then the launcher will replace the ones it needs.
