Add on installation trouble

I have trouble with installing add ons with WinRAR, I wanna download the forest map, I download it, and well, WinRAR is being finicky, it says that this HAS to be a WinRAR archiver. Help?

Not anything yet, I just want to put it in the Add Ons folder, but when I do, it doesn't work

Just drag and drop it into the addon folder..?

I do that, but when I go into blockland, I don't see anything that says "forest" I just have the default maps
