3 Simple Playertypes: Instagib with 7 item slots and 3 speeds / healths

No, the instagib Playertype just has gore and all that cool stuff, they shouldn't instantly die.

I'm getting rid of the instant kill part, and keeping the gore animations.
Throwing out the insta, keeping the gib ;)
