Anyone want to build a "club" type area?

I don't know why but I want to build a place for events.  Like a MAJOR building which is mainly a club with evented lights, mucis, DJ, and more.  And there would also be some extra rooms for events or presentations.  We could use it for parties and just someplace to have fun in

Here is my list of things that I would like to be added

- Dancefloor (with changing color tiles)
- Hottub
- DJ Stand
- Decks
- Lots of seating
- Bathrooms
- Bar
- Presentation/Convention Room(s)

If anyone would like to take on this project with me just comment below!
I only ask that you are either a skilled builder or eventer

(especially eventer, I am good at eventing but I have seen what people can do with relays and counters and it is amazing)
