Engineer is good width-wise, the Scout could be skinnier...they should all be proportional:

Scout - skinny
Soldier - medium
Pyro - medium
Demoman - medium
Heavy - fat.
Engineer - medium
Medic - skinny
Sniper - skinny
Spy - skinny
