Using 69.64.43.11:30100 (Gravity Cat's server) as a sample, the result is the same as with the master list, it just sits there doing nothing till it times out. |

Either parental controls, your router, your isp, or a firewall on your computer is blocking the connection. |
| Altiris:
1. Make sure in which ever firewall you have you add an exception to Blockland and also the port 28000. 2. Make sure you specified the correct external IP when you were port forwarding. |
