I have no clue why they ban him. Apparently for impersonating Xbox Live staff (Which he kinda has done)
But he caught a kid who admits to stealing 8 Xbox live accounts

I have been with burnsy since he started, and I asked him once on his live stream what bank he worked at and he said one that happened to be 20 minutes for me to there but it's another 20 minutes back so I may go there one day.

In his videos like the other one he does not impersonate Xbox live staff.
He says he is appart of "Trollarch" But he only gets banned cause hackers and other cheaters file complaints on his profile.
