Do you have to unlock the factbook or do you get it right when you start out? I've had it since it came out like 3 weeks ago but I also have a pretty high citizen count. |

I'll probably edit daedalynth's later really though, I want to get more issues - expanding my education system and economy are next on my plans. military spending is held back a lot, so I hope you motherforgeters protect me from invasion <3 |
