I'll probably up the law and order a bit, and hold off on welfare until we get a bit more population. my administration is at 38 percent of my funding - I plan to drop it about ten percent. |

I have no crime due to education, welfare, and law and order. I probably will start to get crime though as I slowly kill welfare for ultra-capitalism. |
