It gets 70 decibels from my speakers at 25%, I'd safely call your sound card stuff.

Played at a perfectly normal sound on my speakers and I didn't change the volume settings at all from what I normally use.
People complaining about the volume need to check their sound cards, volume mixer settings and speaker settings

It was at a moderate volume for me, I just wasn't expecting it. ;-;
