had a run in with him a long time ago

never seen him since

so i was at his server - can't recall if i was admin or not - in a fort wars, testing his weapons
this friend of mine decided to spam a cannon vehicle everywhere and do some killing
he permabanned him, and then permabanned ME for being his friend
believe he might have blocked me on irc too, flung some insults my way
