Bio Rifle is on RTB, but Idk about shock rifle.

I'd really like to see that gun, that shoots rockets and grenades in BL.

We have bots already. All you really need is the bot events add-on, and RTB (RTB comes with bots.).
By the way, the name of a bot while your editing a vehicle spawn's vehicle is "Standard Bot".
A lot of the bot events are pretty self explanatory, if you need help just ask us.
