I'm up for a new thread, since the OP of the old one is inactive Character linking time? http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/magtheridon/Isalia/advanced Guild went 6/8 heroic before people started leaving, and it's hard to replace towards the end of the expansion when you're not 8/8.
