Holy hell, I just dealt with the most handicapped tank I've ever seen.
He took so much damage that the only way I could keep up with it is if I spammed flash heal, and even then I could only barely pull it off. He pulled entire rooms and couldn't hold aggro so everyone else was taking lots of damage. The only time I could get a break to heal just one person was if I put power word shield on him. When I noticed he was in dps gear after the fifth wipe and I explained that he wasn't built to tank and I couldn't stop healing for a second or we would all die, he just tries to make up for it by saying he's pulling the top dps and the whole healing constantly because stopping for even half a second will kill everyone, is what healing is all about.

Yeah, at times that happens in dungeon finder. I recommend dungeoning with you're guild than with PuGs. Last night, I had to deal with a healer that didn't even heal.
