I just got a Fatal-ISV on Cysero's Medieval RP. what happened

I got the same thing, I think it may have to do with certain types of bricks.

The server was crashing a lot, around the spawn town, "Highrock". Two islands away, there were no crashes then the Fatal-ISV appeared. People suspected it was octo bricks.
