I don't think you can resize an image larger without it becoming blurry. Although if you find the original image and it's larger than 100x100 then it can be resized down without hurting anything.

Well I edited it myself and resized it to 75x75 and already saved it to that size.

By resizing you can remove detail, but not add detail.
