You probably can't place JVS doors in singleplayer because you don't have them downloaded.

I did download it. i don't know if it works only multiplayer

Did you make sure it's in the right folder? (If you downloaded from the RTB overlay, don't worry about that.)
Also, make sure you have it enabled.
