no gun mods, companion mods, or anything that lets me cheat. i want to find a nice housing mod that lets you build a house that actually costs caps and stuff. i keep trying to find one but i just cant :/ |

I've been looking for something like this, too. Most mods are UBER1337 AK47 WITH TACTI-COOL FLASHLIGHT, SUPPRESOR, LASER SIGHT, UNDERSLUNG SHOTGUN AND GRENADE LAUNCHER AND FOUR DIFFERENT SCOPES. |

good spring farm house mod, you have to fix up the electricty and water. you dont have to buy it but i enjoy it. |
