i want to find a nice housing mod that lets you build a house that actually costs caps and stuff. i keep trying to find one but i just cant :/

I've been looking for something like this, too. Most mods are UBER1337 AK47 WITH TACTI-COOL FLASHLIGHT, SUPPRESOR, LASER SIGHT, UNDERSLUNG SHOTGUN AND GRENADE LAUNCHER AND FOUR DIFFERENT SCOPES.

good spring farm house mod, you have to fix up the electricty and water. you dont have to buy it but i enjoy it.
