Not exactly my favorite style of gameplay but I felt the models were worth looking into, had them all extracted and in blender within 30 minutes of downloading the game.

You can buy accessories to increase your ammo count.

Yuppers.
Not to mention you can buy parts to increase your health or run-speed.
You can buy weapons to increase your killing power
(Yes all of these only have a certain amount of days before they expire, you can buy them permanently but that is quite expensive.)
NOTE: Game is filled with Brasil people.
