Pacnet thinks that 100% CPU usage is not causing this lag.
IT OBVIOULY IS!!!!
I am not saying what is causing the servers to use 25%, I'm just saying that because they use 25%, they're lagging everything else!

Pacnet, this is so obvious. Why are you refusing to accept this?

This is the most major project with your server hosting but it has the most problems.
