Suggestions for good screen capture software

I have Snapz Pro X, but after seeing youtube videos like Eksi and Filipe's, I'd like to know if there are quality screen capture applications for macs that can record at relatively high frame rates.

Fraps is only for windows. I have a mac.

kidding...pay for Fraps, it's worth it.
Or use WeGame, more user friendly but not as good quality.

Uh
I thought fraps was only for windows.
