When someone says your name the game makes a noise

After having a somewhat popular server for the remainder of tonight, while building I pay no attention to chat, because I'm too busy looking at Netflix playing Futurama.

However, mod is needed so that when someone says your name, it makes a unique noise, like a tornado siren or a person screaming in your ear (not really)
And of course it'd be client sided and toggleable incase your name is something generic like Saxophone or something.
