V20 mission editor?

I noticed that Mission Editor no longer works in V20 for me, I added -missioneditor at the end of the target and it didn't work.
Then going through the files I noticed the lack of Missioneditor, is there a way I can still use it?

either way it was -mod editor and was removed in V19
