Brainstorm Fun New Server Concepts

I've always thought that some sort of Flood Survival (maybe Rp)thing would be great. It would be a sort of Bioshock/Portal-esque closed off area, in which the players have to outrun the rising water by climbing up stairs/platforming/improvising. There would be hallways in-between chambers, so if you come out of one chamber at the same time as the water, you drown.

I've seen this idea.
I have thought about something similar, but with building.
Something happens and you have to build your way up to an area, or use bricks to block enemy attacks, or something of the sort.

Make companies, join different industries, hire workers, workers get paychecks, you can fire workers, make positions in your company, promote workers, etc.
I'm actually working on this mod, but not really often.
