1999 is one of my favorites.

He rose out of the shadows, with an evil grin..
He looked at all of us and said
"GARBAGE DAY"
THE BEDROOM COLLAPSED, WHILE HE TICKLED OUR NOSES
I LAUGHED LIKE A SCHOOL GIRL
LITTLE DID WE KNOW, BEDROOM WILL BE FOREVER GONE
I AM DRAMATIC WITH CAPS LOCK
KNIVES STABBED, RLBCMS CONFESSED OF BEING AN ALT.
it was crazy
the end.

Then it crawled out of the shadows. It's disfigured face looked at me. Those empty eyes, starting into my soul...

And it said with a pained, hoarse voice...

"Cn i be doge?"

Holy forget lol

(actually it was originally meant to be serious but it's impossible to take it seriously)

It didn't give any indication. In fact, it didn't give me any warning whatsoever. That thing, whatever it was...it appeared like it was out of the trees. Just out of nowhere, like it was out of nothing. I thought Blockland was supposed to be a game for kids. Then what the hell did I just witness?

And...why can't I witness it again?

Well, it started off normal. Joining a server can't usually go wrong, can it? You know that...contrary to popular belief, there wasn't any bugs. Not this time. No glitches or anything. Everything was seemingly normal, just like every other day I've played this game. You probably want to know what the only anomalous occurrence was...so do I. All I can tell you is what I saw that day.

Most of the servers I tried to join were unavailable. And by this, I mean I could not join them no matter how hard I tried to do it. Of course this didn't seem too frightening to me at first, but I scrolled down the server listing until I found a server that caught my eye. In most cases, I don't join servers if they have -1 players. But just this once, curiosity got the better of me and for some strange reason, some strange, loving twisted reason, I was allowed into this server. I was permitted entry into this server. I was trapped in this server.

The server didn't actually seem like a problem at first, the only problems were that the load was agonizingly slow and the host kept typing some really weird phrases. Like, I didn't even know Blockland supported that font. I've actually never seen it before - but throughout the barely coherent nonsense he was typing, I could make up some recognisable characters. Most of it was jumbled though, or it spelled words that didn't really make sense. I don't remember that far back. It was just a completely unrecognisable font.

There was around five hundred and ten things for me to download and as I couldn't exit Blockland, through any means, I was stuck there. Listening to this person type unrecognisable phrases while I sat through what seemed like a load that would take eternity. I don't know why I didn't think of restarting my computer, to be honest. Huge mistake.

After about two and a half hours of loading, I spawned on what I can only accurately describe as a living nightmare. In the literal sense, this was a nightmare. I had no idea what the forget was happening, but I knew it wasn't good. I've never seen something more terrifying, especially on a Blockland server.

As soon as I began to move, I heard vaguely familiar noises being omitted from one area in particular on the map. I couldn't make out what I was hearing, but the pitch was distorted and it sounded pretty strange. It was pitch black, so I had to use my ears to guide me - which lead to me foolishly bumping into walls more than once. Throughout my journey, it felt as if something was holding me back. I could of sworn I saw...grinning faces appear subliminally more than once. As soon as I reached my destination, the sound stopped. Everything stopped, in fact. It seemed like everything went silent completely. This lasted for roughly two seconds.

That was, until a shockingly loud barrage of disorientating noises bellowed through my speakers. The sounds of extreme static, ominous metal being crushed together and...laughing. But it wasn't just laughing. It wasn't innocent. It was definitely not the child's laughter we often grow fond of. This was different and I've heard it before.

It was my laughter.

I recognised my own laughter being distorted and blurted through my speakers. My voice. Then it happened. My monitor blacked out. Yes, completely blacked out. When it finally turned back on, Blockland was closed completely and the sound had gone away. Thank forget for that. I swear I didn't dare go near my computer for weeks after this happened and nobody believed me. I thought everything was okay. I thought it was, I swear.

The unrecognisable, incoherent phrases were etched onto my bedroom wall.
