Maybe someone could make a player type with different animations? I think there's a thread on changing the animations... Edit: Found it http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=185575.0 It could be made by making the player tilt it's neck to look down instead of the pants |

To fix the crouch and looking up/down problem, you could make the neck bend and make the legs more into a realistic crouching position, ie. one foot is forward and the other is backwards pointing downward. |
