its seems to focused on features than actual things people would enjoy, aka

you need to make this server less "serious"

gravity cat's weapon pack has a grenade that "cooks"

Drum LMG (50-point) doesn't work at all. Playertype issues, script needs to be modified.
I am looking into these playertype issues, they seem to break all the LMGs

Magnum and semi-auto magnum hit sound plays if you hit a player no matter how close you are.
Ok and? That's Bushido's problem. I didn't make T+T.

Battle MG (200-point) is severely underpowered. Testing ingame has proven that a Bullpup, a fifty-point weapon, kills much faster. The ammo capacity, damage, and/or firing speed need to be increased.
Again, not my problem...Frogfreak made those weapons, not me.

Frag Grenade does not have ammo: one-use-only. It's also slightly underpowered for this kind of server.
This I can fix, I'll switch it with the Molotov which seems to be underpriced. Molotov will have 50 points and the Frag Grenade will have 25.

None of the T:T grenades cook (cooking a grenade refers to taking the pin out and holding it until it explodes). Unknown if the Frog's Weaponry grenades cook.
Not my problem. Consult Bushido and Frogfreak about them...

That doesn't make any sense. There's nothing "serious" about it...

Except those look like stuff.
Actually, they look like Oranges...maybe they'll go good with the explosive lemon add-on, on another server.
ThinkInvisible:
Fine with most of those except the LMGs. something needs to be done about those. switch the broken ones out for other ones or something. or just make it a different class entirely.

unorthodox weapons?
(gravity gun would be an example if applicable, and healing weapons)

The Medic Loadout will be able to heal people. It will include the Medigun, Syringe, Medpack, Guaze Gun, and Modern MP (and trench tools).

What do you mean make it a different class? It breaks the current playertypes because the speed varies in them. I'll ask Bushido about it.

It's not your problem, but it is the players' problem. I have no experience with this weapon, but if this dude says that the weapon is underpowered it become an issue for everyone that can afford. I don't want to buy stuff with that much points. Thus, you are able to fix it. But not the way Think suggested. Lower the price for this wep or maybe higher Bullpup, your call.
