I'm not entirely sure, since I'm neither
regardless, the one that is the subject of this discussion is at least transgender
and unless my sources are bad (they're Orthone and Wikipedia so I doubt it), it means that they don't identify with their genetically assigned gender
there are probably better ways to word it, but I'm pretty sure that's the gist of it
