How to make prints?

Ninjaman 4:

Ok, so I made prints, making them the right size 512 by 512 for print, and 64 by 64 for the icon, and put them in the Print_2x2f_Default folder, and they don't show up in - game. Do I have to make my own zip folder? Or what? Please tell me how.
