LIGHTS!!! for my concert server!

HI!!! I am just wondering if any of you lot can make me some lights that are animated and move (like spotlights but you can see the rays) I really do need these because i have seen young rotations skrillex light/music showand he has cool lighting that you commonly get at concerts which move and you can change the color of it. But the add on that young rotations are using are private so he wont let me have them.
P.S If any of you have helped me do this i am happy to add you on rtb and give you super-admin. also Thank you young rotations for showing me you builds!!!

im just trying to explain what it is i need and if young rotations is reading this then pls can i have the hats and lights that is all i need i will do almost anything like help build record vids and even get you a cool website by using coding so you can have it what you really want it to look like so pls young rotations its only a small thing you have got but a big thing i need.
