It was working yesterday, but I tried to play it today and it's stuck on this screen:

I left it like that for 30 minutes earlier and nothing happened. Wat do?

* Force verify is on
* It's installed via Steam
* I tried verifying the game cache via Steam
* I tried reinstalling
Nothing helped.
