Reasons build theft isn't bad: Situation A: The creator/his/her friends aren't hosting it, so it goes unused, and is therefore wasted, so having someone "steal" it gives it a use. Situation B: Both people host it, and the better moderated server will become more popular, usually not the thief's. |
