Author Topic: Make a vehicle a bot.  (Read 906 times)

I've been working on a TDM and im using a train that is launched across the map. I want the train to blow up when it kills a player (because it derails) but it doesn't respond to the bot command onBotKill or onBotDamage. Is there any way i can do that but for vehicles so when it hits someone the events will kick in?

Or, is there a way that i could turn the vehicle into a bot so i could use the bot events?

I think it's because a train isn't a bot. :P

But can i make a bot somehow? or get an onVehicleKill kind of input event?

Try ZoneEvents, you can get the train to enter the zone at the same time it kills the bot.

onVehicleEnterzone self toggleeventenabled 0

onVehicleLeavezone self toggleeventenabled 0

 kind of thing?


All vehicles are bots. I'm pretty sure about it. But if the events aren't working the way they should be, then do what Blooker said: Zone events.

There isn't a way, just use zone events

I've looked around for train bots possibly and found Bushido's Hazard Train. Has he released it or will he release it?
