Steam Game Connection Problem (TF2, Killing Floor)

Recently I've had a problem where, 30 seconds after joining a tf2 or killing floor server, I automatically lose connection
This also happens with Mumble, where I can no longer hear people speak (but they can hear me).
Does anyone have a fix for this?
