How to make EVERYONE on your server here a song?

Pretty much, I've been to servers where I can hear some music in the background all around the server.
Some of them used long range music bricks, but their volume actually changed as I got different distances away from the source.
There have been some servers where I can hear the music at the same volume no matter where I am.

What add-on is this? I'd like to use it.

P.S. If I'm mistaken and there's no such add-on, can someone please try to make it?
